Man Takes Cops On 18-Mile High-Speed Chase, Taunting Officers, Hitting Two Cruisers, Police Say A man driving a U-Haul truck was arrested and issued 39 traffic tickets after leading New York State Police on an 18-mile high-speed chase, getting out of his vehicle to taunt officers and striking two police cruisers in the process.  The chase started in Ulster County in Wawarsing and ended in Orange County in Pine Bush on Saturday, Dec. 12. Montgomery Man Charged With DWI In State Police Stop New York State Police troopers in the Hudson Valley busted more than a dozen removed from the road for alleged impaired driving this past weekend. Local residents charged include:  Westchester County On Saturday, April 6, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Jennifer J. Lopez, 34, of Peekskill, for DWI. She was traveling on North James Street in Peekskill, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
