The warrant was executed in Dutchess County in the city of Poughkeepsie on Friday, May 6. Following an investigation, Luis A. Martinez, age unknown, of the city of Poughkeepsie, was arrested following the search in which a number of illegal drugs and a loaded handgun were found, according to Det. Sgt. Area Duo Sentenced For Selling Fentanyl That Led To At Least Four Deaths, Feds Say Two area men have been sentenced to prison in connection with the fentanyl overdose deaths of four people. Frank Moss, aka "Jigga," a Poughkeepsie drug dealer who sold fentanyl to two women who later died, was sentenced to almost 22 years in prison, said Geoffrey S. Berman, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Arnold Melendez, aka "Frankie," another Poughkeepsie drug dealer, who sold fentanyl leading to the overdose deaths of two men, was sentenced to almost 16 years in prison, Berman said.
