Area Man Accused Of Raping 14-Year-Old He Met On Snapchat, Ulster Sheriff Says A Hudson Valley man has been arrested after allegedly meeting a 14-year-old girl online and having sex with her on multiple occasions. Orange County resident Marco J. Rivera, age 22, of Washingtonville, was arrested by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday, Sept. 21 for the incidents which took place in July 2020. Man From Region Nabbed Years After Sexually Assaulting Child, Police Say Years after he allegedly sexually assaulted an underage minor, a man from the region is behind bars facing criminal charges. Jason Storms, age 44, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 27, following a joint investigation by New York State Police and the Internet Crimes Against Children task force. Man, 51, Charged With Rape Of 28-Year-Old Woman In Area A 51-year-old man has been charged with the rape of a 28-year-old woman in the area, state police said. State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Brian J. Ozzone, 51, of Poughkeepsie on Tuesday, Dec. 31. An investigation conducted by the state police revealed that Ozzone had engaged in sexual conduct with the Wappinger Falls woman, who was unable to consent, police said. Ozzone was charged with second-degree rape. Ozzone’s next scheduled court appearance is in the Town of Wappinger Court on Wednesday, Jan. 8.
