Two major bridge upgrade projects totaling $60.5 million in the Hudson Valley have been successfully completed. Teen Duo Nabbed In Region With Gun Following Chase, Police Say
Two teens were nabbed for allegedly having a weapon following a chase in Northern Westchester. The incident took place on Wednesday, Sept. 7 on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Mount Pleasant. According to the Westchester County Police, officers attempted to stop the teens after receiving notice from the state police they were driving a vehicle without a license. A Westchester man has been charged with felony DWI after he was intercepted driving the wrong way on the Saw Mill River Parkway while drunk, according to police. One Killed In Two-Vehicle Hudson Valley Crash
One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash overnight in Northern Westchester. It happened around 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 on the northbound Saw Mill River Parkway at the Route 117 exit near the Mount Kisco/Bedford Hills border. As a result, northbound traffic was diverted off the parkway at Kisco Avenue while the roadway was closure for several hours during the accident investigation, Westchester County Police said.
