Alert Issued For Missing 15-Year-Old Long Island Boy A 15-year-old Long Island boy has gone missing and authorities are asking the public's help in locating him. According to Nassau County Police detectives, Xavier Lord Kelly was last seen in Syosset by a Mercy First Facility staff member on Thursday, Feb. 13, leaving the building on foot at 8:50 a.m.  The disappearance was reported to police at 11 a.m.  He is described as being white, 6-foot, 140 pounds.
