Long Island 22-Year-Old Found With Items Stolen From Vehicle, Police Say A 22-year-old Long Island man was arrested after police said he was found in possession of items stolen from a vehicle. Shawn Harvey, of Hempstead, was arrested in Mineola at 3 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 6, and charged with criminal possession of stolen property, according to the Nassau County Police Department. NCPD said a 31-year-old woman noticed items missing from her vehicle, which was parked on Pennsylvania Avenue. Police said the missing items included an iPhone and a pink Dior bag.
