The incident happened at around 4:30 a.m. Sunday, March 10, in Smithtown, outside the Bagel Express on West Main Street near Brooksite Drive. Suffolk County Police said three men were walking along West Main Street when a vehicle stopped and seven men got out. The group then attacked them with a baseball bat in a parking lot. The burglary occurred at around 11:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, in Smithtown, at The Wine Guy Liquor Store located on West Main Street. Robert Colyvas, age 29, was arrested at his Kings Park home on Tuesday night, May 16, Suffolk County Police said.
