Suffolk County Police Second Precinct Crime Section officers responded to Walt Whitman High School, located in Huntington Station on West Hills Road around midday on Thursday, Feb. 15, the student allegedly made the threat. Suffolk County Man Charged After Spray-Painting Nine Buildings, Police Say A Long Island man was arrested after police said he spray-painted "Defund the Police" or "Defund Suffolk PD" on nine buildings.  Thomas Rivas, age 26, of Huntington, was arrested and charged with nine counts of making graffiti, the Suffolk County Police Department announced on Wednesday, Oct. 13. Owner, Worker Charged After SLA Inspection At Suffolk Restaurant An owner and worker at a Long Island restaurant were both charged after a New York State Liquor Authority Inspection overnight.
