Brand-New College Grad Opens The Whisk, Smithtown Bakery Where You'll Need To Take A Number There was a line out the door Father's Day weekend when specialty cakes, pastries, donuts, cookies, and cannolis sold out at The Whisk Bakery owned by 21-year-old Smithtown native Amanda Vigliarolo. She opened the bakery in her hometown June 8.
