Man Busted With Crystal Meth, Hundreds In Cash At Long Island Home, Police Say A Long Island man is facing charges after police allegedly found illegal drugs and hundreds of dollars in cash inside his home. Charles Whittlesey, age 61, of Massapequa, was arrested Monday, Oct. 24, following an investigation by the Nassau County Police Department’s Narcotics/Vice bureau. Detectives executed a search warrant on his Massapequa home, located on Euclid Avenue, where they reportedly found a clear plastic bag containing a clear, rocky substance believed to be crystal methamphetamine. Teen Nabbed With Firearm At Long Island Park, Police Say A 19-year-old from Long Island is facing charges after police said he was found in possession of a firearm at a local park. Matthew David Sheinin, of Valley Stream, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm, along with other Town of Hempstead violations, according to the Nassau County Police Department. Long Island Duo Nabbed With Multiple Weapons After Parking In Front Of Fire Hydrant, Police Say A Long Island duo was arrested for alleged possession of multiple weapons and drugs after being stopped for parking in front of a fire hydrant.
