32-Year-Old Seriously Injured After Being Struck By Car On Route 25A In Mount Sinai A 32-year-old Long Island man was seriously injured after being struck by a car while crossing a busy roadway. The incident took place in Mount Sinai around 11;10 p.m. on Route 25A. According to the Suffolk County Police, Vincent Rienzie, of Mount Sinai, was crossing Route 25A, just west of Mount Sinai-Coram Road, from north to south, when he was struck by an eastbound 2022 Subaru Forrester.
