Riverhead Man Accused Of Driving Drunk, Crashing With 7-Month-Old In Pickup Truck A local man has been accused of driving drunk with an infant in the vehicle after a crash near a busy Long Island intersection. The crash happened in Riverhead at about 6:10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, and involved a black Chevrolet pickup truck and a gray Jeep Cherokee eastbound on Main Road near the intersection of Route 105, Riverhead Police said.  Upon police arrival, an investigation was conducted and the operator of the pickup truck, Phillip Majeski age, of Riverhead, was found to be intoxicated, and had a 7-month-old child inside the vehicle, according to police. Update: Man Dies From Injuries After Being Struck By Separate SUVs In Flanders A man who was struck by two SUVs after allegedly running out in front of the first vehicle on Long Island has died from his injuries. The incident took place in Flanders around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, on Route 105. According to Lt. Susan Ralph, with the Southampton Police, the man died on Sunday night from injuries sustained during the crash.  The medical examiner is working to identify the victim.
