Reynaldo Flores, of Middle Island, was arrested at about 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 23, and charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Suffolk County Police Department. Man Accused Of Committing Lewd Act In Front of Child At Walmart In Middle Island A local man was arrested for allegedly committing a lewd act in front of a child at a Middle Island store, police said. According to Suffolk County Police Department, an 11-year-old female and her father were in Walmart, located at 750 Middle Country Road when a man committed a lewd act while looking at the girl at approximately 11:45 a.m. on Thursday, April 25. The victim told her father and the man fled the store, police said.
