Woman Accused Of Writing Checks Totaling $43K From Long Island Employer's Bank Account A 25-year-old woman is facing larceny and forgery charges after police say she wrote unauthorized checks totaling more than $43,000 from the personal bank account of her Long Island employer. Nassau County Police arrested Rashni Bissesar, 25, of Queens on Thursday, Nov. 14 around 9:45 p.m. Police say Bissesar worked as a home health aid and wrote out unauthorized checks from the employer’s personal bank account payable to herself between Dec. 2018 and June 2019.
