Suffolk Man Sentenced For Raping Woman
A Long Island man who posed as a television executive will spend nearly two decades behind bars after being convicted of raping a woman. Patrice Germain, 52, was sentenced to 18 years in prison after being convicted at trial last year of first-degree raping a woman in his Brentwood home in June 2018. He will also serve 10 years of post-release supervision and will register as a sex offender.
