Several Hospitalized After Ambulance, SUV Crash On Long Island Several people were hospitalized after a crash involving an ambulance and car on Long Island.  It happened around 12:15 a.m. Saturday, March 25 in Bellmore. A Bellmore-Merrick Fire Department ambulance was traveling northbound on Newbridge Road and was struck by a 2019 Subaru traveling westbound on Camp Avenue, Nassau County Police said. The ambulance was responding to an emergency call and overturned. The Subaru was operated by a 50-year-old woman and contained two 14-year-old female passengers. Police are asking the public's help in locating the suspect in a violent assault at the parking lot of a Long Island School. The incident happened around 12:30 p.m. Sunday, May 29 in Bellmore. Long Island Man Holds Box Cutter To Throat Of Drug Store Employee, Demands Meds, Police Say A Long Island man who allegedly held a box cutter to the throat of a pharmacy employee and demanded drugs has been arrested by police. The incident took place around 4:40 p.m., Tuesday, June 22 at the Keezac Pharmacy on Bedford Avenue in Bellmore. According to Nassau County Police Robbery Squad detectives, a man, identified, as Patrick Devine, age 33, of Bellmore, entered Keezac Pharmacy, displayed a box cutter, and placed it to the neck of a female employee, and demanded prescription pain medication.  The woman was able to escape from the subject and ran from the store…
