Teen Suspect Nabbed After Shooting At Long Island 7-Eleven A teenage suspect was taken into custody over the weekend and charged with attempted murder following a shooting at a Long Island 7-Eleven, police said. Officers from the Nassau County Police Department responded to the 7-Eleven on Jerusalem Avenue in Hicksville at 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, June 26, where there was a report of a man who had been shot and collapsed. The victim, whose name has not been released, was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound to his right hip and he is expected to make a full recovery.
