Worker Accused Of Sexually Abusing Girl At Long Island Restaurant An employee at a Long Island Subway restaurant has been accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl. Dipak Patel, age 39, approached the girl and forcibly grabbed her inappropriately while working at the Subway in Merrick, at 1341 Jerusalem Ave., at around 7:25 p.m. Friday, June 4, Nassau County Police said.  Officers then responded to the scene and placed Patel under arrest without further incident, said police.
