U.S Marshals and multiple law enforcement agencies from New York and the Jersey Shore assisted in arresting the fugitive and a co-conspirator, Ocean County First Assistant Prosecutor Michael T. Nolan, Jr. said. Suffolk County resident Ademola Bostick of Bay Shore pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and possession of a weapon on Tuesday, Nolan said. U.S. Marshals Capture Long Island Fugitives Wanted For Gunning Down Man U.S. Marshals captured two Long Island fugitives charged with attempted murder in the shooting of a Jersey Shore man. Ademola Bostick, 24, of Bay Shore, and Rajah Mayo, 20, of Freeport, had driven to the shore intending to kill 23-year-old Charles Sortino, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
