Video: LI Man Arrested After He's Caught Taping Himself Vandalizing Cruiser, Police Say A 25-year-old Long Island man was arrested after he was caught taking a video of himself vandalizing a police cruiser. New Cassel resident Wesley Andrade Rodas was arrested shortly before 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5 in Westbury after he sprayed soda on a police vehicle and threw a bottle at it, all while videotaping it on his cell phone, Nassau County Police said.
