Fatal Crash: 41-Year-Old ID'd As Victim In Babylon
Police are investigating a fatal overnight crash in a residential Long Island neighborhood. It happened around 9:30 p.m. Sunday, April 7 in Babylon. Suffolk County Police said a 41-year-old man was driving a 2021 Nissan Maxima northbound on Deer Park Avenue when the vehicle struck a parked, unoccupied 2014 Toyota RAV4 and came to a stop in the front yard of a residence. The victim, identified as John Liccione of North Babylon, was transported to Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip, where he was pronounced dead.
