Six employees are facing charges after allegedly selling vape products to customers under the age of 21 at Long Island businesses. All six employees were arrested during compliance checks that were conducted at several Suffolk County businesses on Tuesday, Feb. 6, according to police. Suspect Nabbed In Robbery At Long Island Store
Months after allegedly robbing a Long Island smoke shop and terrorizing an employee, a suspect is finally behind bars. Anthony Yates, age 54, of Queens Village, Queens, was arrested in Manhattan in connection to a Nassau County robbery that occurred early Saturday, Feb. 5, in Bellerose Terrace. Police were called at around 6:15 a.m. that day with reports that three suspects had robbed Its Lit Smoke Shop, located on Jamaica Avenue. Know Him? Man Wanted For Using Stolen Credit Cards At Two Huntington Stores
Police are asking for the public’s help finding a man accused of using stolen credit cards at a store on Long Island. The cards belonged to a Greenlawn man who lost his wallet in Huntington Tuesday, April 26, according to Suffolk County Police. Not long after, a man used the cards to make purchases at two Huntington stores, It’s Lit Smoke Shop on New York Avenue and E-Smoke & Cigar on Main Street, police said.
