These Long Island Zip Codes Rank Among State's Most Expensive, New Report Says A number of Long Island zip codes were ranked among top 50 places with the most expensive homes in New York state, according to a new report. Stacker.com published the ranking on Tuesday, April 5, using the Zillow Home Values Index for all homes as of February of 2021. This Long Island Hamlet Ranks Among Top 50 Places To Live In United States A Long Island hamlet was listed on a 2021 ranking of the best places to live in the United States. Plainview, which is located in the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, was ranked 47th in Money.com's 2021 list of the 50 Best Places to Live.
