Suspects, One With Butcher-Style Knife, At Large After Long Island Convenience Store Robbery
An undetermined amount of cash was stolen by two men during an armed robbery at a Long Island convenience store, police said.
Detectives from the Nassau County Police Department said that at 3:13 a.m. on Monday, May 10, two men entered a store on Uniondale Avenue in Uniondale, two unknown suspects entered the location, with one brandishing a “large butcher-style knife.”
Police said that one of the suspects approached a 22-year-old employee who was stocking shelves, demanding that he sit down and put his hands on his head, to which he complied, “in fear for his safety.”

Suspect On Loose After Man, Woman Stabbed During Robbery At Long Island Residence, Police Say
A suspect is at large after a man and woman were stabbed during a robbery at a Long Island residence.
It happened on Sunday, Jan. 26 at 3:20 a.m. in Uniondale.
Nassau County Police Department officers responded to a call on Hempstead Boulevard for a possible stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers entered through an open side door and found a 42-year-old man with multiple stab wounds, said police.
As officers began to render aid to the victim, another victim, a 44-year-old woman, was found, also with stab wounds, according to police.
