Child Rapist Who Confessed In Secret Recordings Gets 50 Years, Suffolk County Judge Rules A Long Island man will spend decades in prison for sexually abusing a young girl whose secret audio recordings led to his conviction. The Suffolk County man, who the DA’s office is not naming in order to protect the identity of the victim, was sentenced to 50 years in prison in Suffolk County Court on Friday, June 2.
