Popular Eatery Opens Brand-New Long Island Location In West Islip Hey cheesesteak lovers, you have a new location to get your fill of one of Long Island's favorite spots. Chiddy's Cheesesteak has opened a new location in Suffolk County in West Islip. The new location offers all the same menu items as the restaurant's other Long Island locations, including it's food truck and business has been brisk since they opened the doors.
