Man Drove Drunk With 6-Year-Old In Car At Long Island Library, Police Say A man drove drunk with his 6-year-old daughter in the car while they were at a Long Island library, police said. Officers from the Nassau County Police Department were dispatched to the Plainview Old Bethpage Library on Old Country Road shortly before 5:20 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13, for a reported drunk driver. Police said that upon arrival, Westbury resident Emisael Villatoro, 41, was found to be driving while he was allegedly intoxicated.
