Man At Large After Exposing Himself To Two Women, Teen On Long Island, Police Say A potential serial flasher who allegedly masturbated in front of a teenager and two women is on the loose on Long Island. The Nassau County Police Department issued an alert on Friday, Feb. 7 after three indecent exposure incidents were reported within a week. Police said that at approximately 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 4, while walking home from Valley Stream High School on East Beverly Parkway, a 17-year-old was approached by an African American driving a black, four-door vehicle.
