Man Charged With Stealing Money From Donation Boxes At Long Island Churches A man wanted for a drug charge was implicated and arrested for allegedly stealing from a donation box at a Long Island church, police said. Nassau County Police said that multiple times in August last year, a suspect entered St. Agnes Cathedral on Quealy Place in Rockville Centre while it was closed.  On Aug. 20 and Aug. 27, the suspect entered the church and pried open a donation box to steal an undisclosed amount of cash.
