Road Rage: Killer Who Stomped Long Island Father To Death Formally Charged With Murder, DA Says A 26-year-old man accused of beating a father and grandfather to death following a fender bender on Long Island has been formally charged with murder. Patrick Destine, of Queens, was arraigned on second-degree murder and other charges in Nassau County Court on Wednesday, June 7, in the beating death of 54-year-old David McKenzie in Baldwin in April 2023.
