Two people, including a 7-year-old boy, were killed after a boat with more than a dozen on board capsized in the Hudson River. The incident happened around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, July 12 in midtown Manhattan near the Intrepid off Pier 84 and West 46th Street. Propane tanks may have sparked a huge fire that destroyed a Long Island home, leaving eight family members displaced. The fire began at 84 St. Peters Drive around 11:15 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 10, in Brentwood, reported ABC 7. A deer with a bucket on its head was saved from the waters of Long Island Sound with a little help from two people. The incident took place on Saturday, Nov. 21, near Port Jefferson.
