- Hudson Valley Snowfall Accumulation Totals From Nor'easter
DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- There is still uncertainty surrounding projected snowfall totals for the storm that will impact the area Saturday night into Sunday morning, but the latest update from the National Weather Service says the likelihood is for less accumulation than what was projected Friday.
Generally, 1 to 2 inches of snow is expected in Dutchess, with accumulating snow starting overnight Saturday, the weather service stated. There could be higher amounts in the Poughkeepsie area, with up to 3 inches possible.

There is a chance of some light snow or snow flurries late Saturday morning into the early afternoon, with little or no accumulation.
Accumulation is expected late Saturday evening into early Sunday morning.
Sunday will be partly sunny with a high near 40.
The first day of spring is Monday, March 20, will be sunny with a high in the low 40s.
