Alert Issued For Wanted Area Man An alert has been issued for a man who has been wanted in the area since 2013. The Town of Newburgh Police Department is attempting to locate 50-year-old Sean Gardner, who was arrested in February 2013 and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Following his arrest, Gardner later failed to appear in court, and a warrant was issued for his arrest by the court. Man Charged With DWI After Allegedly Leaving Scene Of Crash In Area A 61-year-old man was arrested for alleged DWI after leaving the scene of a traffic crash, according to authorities. Ulster County resident Arthur W. Caston, of East Kingston, was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 11, after the Ulster County Sheriff's Office, responded to a two-vehicle crash on Frank Sottile Boulevard, said Lt. Abram Markiewicz. Audi Employee From Mahopac Used Vehicle For Two Weeks, Police Say A Mahopac woman who worked at an Audi dealership was arrested and charged after she took out a car for more than two weeks. Briana Adorno, 21, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a Class A Misdemeanor.  The dealership reported one of its loaner vehicles was missing on Dec. 14. Police located the vehicle on Dec. 18 at the Jefferson Valley Mall and found Adorno took the vehicle on Nov. 30. Adorno surrendered to police on Dec. 18. She was released on her own recognizance and is due back in court on Jan. 18.
