The threatening phone calls started pouring in Thursday morning, March 30, falsely claiming there was an active shooter at various schools across the state, according to New York State Police. Three Men Charged In Killing Of 16-Year-Old In Region Three men have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a teen boy from the Capital District. Anthony Christopher Jr., age 16, of Troy, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at a home near River Street and Glen Avenue on Jan. 5, according to Troy Police.
