The warrant was executed in Dutchess County in the city of Poughkeepsie on Friday, May 6. Following an investigation, Luis A. Martinez, age unknown, of the city of Poughkeepsie, was arrested following the search in which a number of illegal drugs and a loaded handgun were found, according to Det. Sgt.
