A Rensselaer County jury found Ramel Gulley, age 29, of Schenectady, and William Webb, age 30, of Brooklyn, guilty of second-degree murder on Friday, March 22, in the killing of Christopher Anthony. Three Men Charged In Killing Of 16-Year-Old In Region Three men have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a teen boy from the Capital District. Anthony Christopher Jr., age 16, of Troy, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds at a home near River Street and Glen Avenue on Jan. 5, according to Troy Police.
