Man Points Loaded Gun At 2 Women Inside Home In Region, Police Say A man is facing charges after allegedly pointing a loaded handgun at two women during an altercation at a home in the region. Albany police responded to an apartment complex near Park Avenue and Quail Street at around noon on Sunday, Sept. 18, after getting reports of a man inside with a gun. When officers arrived, they found several people inside the apartment and witnessed one person throw a loaded handgun out of a window, police said.
