First Total Solar Eclipse In 99 Years To Be Visible In New York: Here's When, Where
New York officials are hard at work making preparations for a historic solar eclipse event that will be the first one visible in the state in nearly a century. The total eclipse will be visible in the western and northern parts of New York state during the afternoon of Monday, April 8, according to Gov. Kathy Hochul and her office. Asylum Seekers, Migrants Headed For Another Hotel In Region
With less than 24 hours notice, a county in the region was notified that 80 migrants and asylum seekers would be dropped off at an area hotel. The drop-off will take place in Sullivan County at the Knights Inn in Liberty on Thursday, May 18. Sullivan County Legislative Chairman Robert A.
