The former truck driver is in prison in Oregon. Heuermann is behind bars on Long Island, at the Suffolk County Correctional Facility in Riverhead. 2.2 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Hudson Valley An overnight earthquake startled some residents and shook buildings in Westchester. The United States Geological Survey said it had a magnitude of 2.2, was centered near the border of Hastings-on-Hudson and Yonkers, about 18 miles north of midtown Manhattan, and was felt at around 1:53 a.m. Friday, May 19. Rockland County resident Justin Chen, of the village of Nyack, was last seen around 3 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 6 at his home. Det. Sgt. Anthony Palazolo, of the Orangetown Police Department, says Chen may have traveled to White Plains or Midtown Manhattan. A 50-year-old woman was killed when the vessel capsized, authorities said.
