Ulster County resident Robert Radek, of the town of Marlboro, was arrested for the first time around 7:55 a.m., on Sunday, March 7, when he was pulled over in his 1994 Jeep Cherokee in the City of Newburgh, said Trooper Steven Nevel. 25 Charged In Dutchess Impaired Driving Crackdown During a Halloween crackdown on impaired drivers, law enforcement agencies in Dutchess County arrested more than two dozen drivers for alleged DWI. Between Thursday, Oct. 31, and Sunday, Nov. 3, local, county and state police agencies teamed to increase DWI checkpoints and saturation patrols throughout Dutchess. ID Released For Woman Killed In Multi-Vehicle Route 9W Crash Police have released the identity of a woman killed during a mulitple-vehicle crash on Route 9W in the town of Newburgh.  Barbara Moloney, 78, of Marlboro, was killed during a four-vehicle crash that took place around 1:40 p.m., Wednesday, June 19, on Route 9W, north of Lattintown Road, said Town of Newburgh Police Lt. Employee Accused Of Stealing $12K From Area Burger King A 37-year-old woman was arrested for stealing $12,000 from the Burger King in Highland while working as a manager at the restaurant, according to Town of Lloyd Police. Frances C. Delaunay, 37, of Marlboro, was charged with felony grand larceny on Friday, April 21, according to Lt. James Janso. "She was shorting the money when she would make the daily deposits," Janso said. An investigation was launched once the discrepancy in funds was discovered, he added. Delaunay was arraigned in Plattekill Town Court and released.
