Duo Charged With Fentanyl Sales Following Raids In Poughkeepsie By Drug Task Force Two Hudson Valley men were charged with the sale of fentanyl following warrant searches by a drug task force. The raids took place in Dutchess County on Tuesday, Feb. 20, and Wednesday, Feb. 21 in Poughkeepsie by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. According to Sgt. Adam Harris of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force, the first search took place at 559 Main St., in Poughkeepsie at the home of Jeremeal Robinson, age 32. Dutchess County resident Joseph Anderson, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Thursday, Jan. 18 after the county’s Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at his Harrison Street residence. Inside, officers allegedly found fentanyl, the powerful synthetic opioid that has contributed to a rising number of overdose deaths across the country in recent years.
