70,000 Now Without Power In Dutchess Update, 1:15 p.m. As of 1:15 p.m. on Friday, a Central Hudson Gas and Electric spokesperson announced that 70,000 outages have been reported, with more than 700 individual damage locations to be addressed.  "Outages and damage locations continue to be reported as the heavy snow and winds continue.
