Woman Charged In Hit-Run Crash With School Bus In Hudson Valley New York State Police troopers tracked down a woman involved in a hit-and-run with a school bus in the Hudson Valley, who now is facing charges. Troopers from the Wurtsboro barracks responded to a reported hit-and-run incident involving a school bus that was discharging students on Burlingham Road in Bloomburg on Friday, Feb. 1.
