Greene County resident Kenneth Ball, of East Durham, was arrested Friday, June 9, following a joint investigation by New York State Police and Greene County Child Protective Services. Man From Region Accused Of Repeatedly Raping Minor, State Police Say A 61-year-old man from the region is facing a host of charges in Greene and Columbia counties for allegedly repeatedly raping a minor, state police announced. In Greene County, Cairo resident Celino Reyes was arrested on Saturday, May 7 following an investigation into an alleged sexual assault and rape of a child under the age of 13.
