A New Mexico grand jury indicted the 65-year-old “30 Rock” star on one count of involuntary manslaughter on Friday, Jan. 19, in the death of Halyna Hutchins, according to the outlet. Man From Region Sexually Abuses Underage Victim, Police Say A 35-year-old man from the region is accused of sexually abusing a minor. Rensselaer County resident Joshua Perry, of Troy, was arrested Thursday, Aug. 31, following a month-long investigation, according to the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office. A grand jury has since returned an indictment on multiple charges, sheriff’s officials announced Wednesday, Sept. 6.
