POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – The Dutchess County Bar Association honored Our Lady of Lourdes High School senior Katha Sikka with the Ben Allen Breslow Award at its annual Awards Luncheon on Thursday at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel.
