Dwayne L. White, 32, was arrested around 2:40 a.m., and charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance after the vehicle he was operating was stopped for traffic violations on Route 44/55, said Lt. James Janso.
During the stop, White was found in possession of cocaine and a stun gun, Janso said.
He was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Judge Eugene Rizzo and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 insurance bond. He is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on Thursday.
