Police were called about four men walking up Balding Avenue waving guns and arguing, and arrested two men at the scene and another pair after a brief foot chase, the Journal said.
Two more men and a minor were arrested when city police later used a search warrant on a home on Mill Street, reported the Poughkeepsie Journal.
The men face multiple charges, including criminal possession of a weapon, stolen property and a controlled substance, the Journal noted.
