Born in the Bronx, he was a phlebotomist with the American Red Cross. "He was a car guy and loved third-generation Camaros," according to information from the funeral home. "Bob also loved time with the Washoe County Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue team."
Landi is survived by his wife, Tricia (Pristero) Landi; children Alisa and Joseph, sister Sharon Landi; parents Victor and Christene Landi; mother- and father-in-law Patricia and Louie Pristero; brother-in-law Louie Pristero and his fiancée Whitney; sister-in-law, Dawn Benson and her husband Scott; nieces Katie, Olivia and Samantha; nephew Josh; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8, at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 East Main St., in Wappingers Falls. A mass will be offered at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at St. Mary Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson St., in Fishkill.
