Ballet burns calories at a rate of 170-215 for 30 minutes. Classes are the traditional 90 minutes. 

The Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center is a not-for-profit organization to meet the cultural needs of the community by providing venues for artists to showcase their talent in music, dance, fine and visual arts and to preserve two historical buildings.
